Dollar has been and will be a global trusted currency in the foreseeable future
Dollar's role in the global market is slowly diminishing but will remain significant in the years to come
Dollar will be "just" a counterpart to Euro
Further fall of $ is inevitable, it will be replaced in the global markets by other currencies, such as Euro

Definitely NOT, former Russian states entering NATO can cause the next cold war
I would not recomment them entering NATO now, perhaps later
I am ok with states further away from Russia to be part of NATO, but states close to Russia should stay neutral
