How long does it take to appeal for Au Pair Visa

HI!

I and my host family in Denmark applied for a residence permit for Au Pair. After 2 weeks, I got a refusal letter. The reasons for the refusal are the following:

1. "you are searing with a different purpose with your stay than intended with the au pair scheme"
2. "the desired stay does not have a natural connection with your past life"

I don't understand the reason for refusal. I have 2 years and 6 months of working experience in community organizing. My work were all temporary and contractual. And my purpose is also for cultural exchange.

I already appealed against the decision. The immigration had also sent a letter to my host family after a month informing them about my appeal status in which they also sent a support letter. Does anybody here has an idea how long does it take for an appeal? Your respone is highly appreciated.
