Hey,
I need to copy profile setting in windows 7 from one profile to another profile, but the copy to button is greyed out. Anyone know what causes this, or how to fix it?

PS: I am talking about

Control Panel > System > System Protection > Advanced > User Profiles

You must not be logged in under the profile to which or from which you are trying to copy. You have to be logged in under another admin profile. Hope this helps.

There is also one trick. You have to completely shut down the computer and then log into the admin account. The system remembers previously logged in users and keeps their files locked. So, just logging off and then logging back in under another account is not enough.

I have tried everything, the copy to profile button still greyed out. Any idea, please.
