ISO also provides maximum level of quality that any organization wants. That’s the reason for accepting ISO. It helps to gain more profit with quality service and satisfied customers. The bottom line is customer satisfaction. Maintaining a standard is important in achieving the goal of customer satisfaction. Assuring quality products creates customer satisfaction.
