My external harddisk (500 GB Iomega) faild how can I fix it?

It depends. How do you know it failed, what are the symptoms? Is it USB disk? Any message?

it depends on the different conditions ,may be it can be fixed bt if i was damaged very much..then there are less chances of getting it fixed :(
