I entered Schengen (Spain) on Jan 13, 2019 and am leaving on Mar 28, 2019 (75 days). I am in the process of getting married to a Spanish long term resident, so we are waiting for paperwork. I want to re-enter the beginning of May 2019 for a few days just to sign our marriage license (5 days so 80 days total). So this would still put me under the 90 days in the last 180 days requirement. My question is, if I want to re-enter in July, am I able to do that starting July 13 (6 months from my previous entry on Jan 13) and stay my next 90 day stay? Or would I have to be out of Schengen from the date I leave in May for 90 days before my new 90 day stay is permitted?? Thank you!!
