Title: Apply for a new Schengen VISA

Hi,

I am staying in France from 11.05.2018 to 28.07.2018 with a short stay Schengen visa. I will go back to India and I want to comeback in France for another internship from 26.09.2018 to 22.12.2018. Can I apply for another short stay Schengen visa? Will not that be a problem for 90/180 rule?

I had previously overstayed my UK visa for two years. But I left voluntary no stamp on it, no ban and no deportation. It was 4 years ago. Last year I applied for UK visitor visa got rejected and did not appeal. Now I need to visit Nederland for a business visit. will I get rejected for Schengen visa?
